New Car Sales Executive

The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Permanent New Car Sales Executive for our client based in Aberdeen to start immediately.

Pay rate: £23,000 - £25,000 with realistic OTE up to £60,000 with uncapped earning potential

Location: Aberdeen

Hours: 5 Day working week & 2 weekends off per Month

Job Duties

• Deliver a first-class customer experience
• Strive to meet your sales targets to ensure you have the best opportunity to achieve your optimistic earning potential.
• Provide a full and thorough service to customers to ensure they are matched with the correct car.
• Completing all sales and finance paperwork

What we are looking for:

• Experience within the Care Sales Sector
• Proven ability to deliver consistent high level of customer service
• Fantastic communication skills and natural ability to build conversation
• High level of drive and passion to be successful
• Willing to learn and challenge yourself
• Self-motivated, target driven and hungry to earn.
• Organised and a high level of resilience
