Our highly successful client are looking for an experienced and senior New Homes Sales Manager to join their team in Berkshire.

As a Senior New Homes Sales Manager, you will need to:

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager on the design of all related branded marketing material.
• Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
• Be responsible for Client management of all New Homes developer clients for the region

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous and extensive New Homes experience
• Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
• Be a skilled sales person able to secure financially profitable instructions and sales opportunities on behalf of the company
• Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
• Be a car owner with a full driving licence & be insured for business use

Basic Salary in the region of £53,000 with an OTE up to £85,000.
