The Role;
- Conducting property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of our high-quality homes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Managing the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for buyers.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

- Up to £32k basic (OTE £55k)
The Person:
- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the property sector & New Homes.
- Knowledge of the local property market in Reading would be advantageous.
