Temporary New Homes Sales Negotiator

U&P Recruitment Ltd are currently supporting a leading housing developer who are looking to bolster their team with a temporary New Homes Sales Negotiator in the Reading area. 

This is an ongoing temporary position which will require require at least 6 months commitment from the successful candidate. 

Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings and showcasing the benefits of the developments.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

Working Hours:

• Thursday to Monday

Salary:

• Competitive hourly rate - please call for more information.

Commission Structure:

• Commission will be paid.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the property sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note, in order to be considered for this role, we require you to have recent experience within the New Homes sector.
