Key details of the role:
Salary: C.75K (DOE) + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team of ADs, SAMs, AMs, and juniors.
- New Business Development: Drive growth through impactful new business strategies.
- Strategic Influence: Play a key role in shaping company direction and creative style.
- Client Engagement: Manage client relationships across diverse B2B tech sectors.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of applicable B2B tech experience.
- Strong previous experience leading a team.
- A zestful personality & collaborative nature is a must.
