Reporting in the Product Development Manager I am looking for a New Product Administrator to join a busy, innovative product led ecommerce/marketing team located in beautiful offices in Poole.
You'll be proactive, able to work to process, solve problems and be pragmatic. You'll have excellent attention to detail and commercially minded.
The role is to support the launching of high volume New Products to go live and marketed across the companies websites.
You will be involved at all stages from helping to onboard products to building the web uploads, taking images, actually writing the copy and merchandising them on the websites and setting them live to start selling/going live.
This is an exciting and rewarding role for someone who thrives on having a clear mandate to get things done and wants to see the difference their actions make.
Duties & Responsibilities
Proactively progress the launching and optimisation of New Products in line with New Product priorities and targets.
Work with the ecommerce and web development teams to set up and configure more complex products in line with group web systems.
Collaborate as a team to significantly streamline New Product introduction processes - including operations, IT, supply chain and trading.
Collaborate with Trading team on development, management, merchandising and introduction of New Products to ensure launches are signed off and executed to a high standard, inline with best practices.
Researching and driving New Product possibilities and improvements.
Support research of 3rd party manufacturing or supply options for products, with a view to bringing products to market quickly on a trial basis.
Support business development where necessary on new website builds and additional commercial opportunities.
Regular reporting and optimisation of on New Product introductions and working directly with trading to boost chances of success.
