At the NCA, Clinical Services and Well-being have a dedicated team to provide a comprehensive occupational health and well-being service to our Officers. We aim to promote physical and psychological well-being and prevent illness and injury arising from work activity.
The role of the Newly Qualified psychologist will provide practical and clinical support to National Crime Agency (NCA) Officers on well-being, occupational and mental health matters via a range of mediums such as therapeutic assessments, interventions, psycho-educational workshops, articles, and organisational support where appropriate. The role reports to a Senior Psychologist who will provide clinical supervision and continual professional development will be reviewed regularly.
