As a Night Coordinator, you will join a multidisciplinary team that focus on evolving the service and providing excellent standards across our clinical areas for men and women with mental illness.
What you will be doing
You will lead a night team that works well together to provide care to men and women with mental illness in a 30-bed rehabilitation service.
As a Night Coordinator you are a pivotal member of the operational management team and will be supporting the Nurses, Senior Nurses and clinical teams across 30-beds during the night shifts. You will lead, manage and coordinate clinical duties to ensure quality and safety is maintained.
Acting as the first point of contact when situations need to be escalated on site, you will be supported by an on-call manager and senior director who will be available remotely.

Things that you will have:
- RMN or RNLD
Educated to degree level, or professional equivalent
Mental Health setting experience including personality disorder
The desire to improve, challenge and innovate
Management and leadership experience
Experience in managing complex operational issues and working through immediate resolution. Experience in problem solving and ensuring that systems and processes are adequately implemented.
