SalaryRthirteen are excited to be partnering with a well-known Norfolk business in their search for a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor. You will be overseeing and supporting the busy team, and will be an essential team member on the warehouse and distribution side of the business.
This is a fulltime, permanent position working nightshifts, 4pm to 2am, Monday to Friday, and is offering a salary of £35,000 per annum.

The day to day
- Managing, leading & supervising the warehouse staff.
- Supporting the warehouse/distribution operation & controlling daily activities to ensure maximum efficiency & productivity.
- Control & prioritise workloads throughout the departments to ensure deadlines & targets are met.
- Operating SAP with stock movements.
- Providing training and induction to new team members.
You will have/be
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is essential.
- Solid knowledge of Health & Safety & hygiene.
- Excellent people management/leadership skills.
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of SAP.
- Strong inventory investigation & critical thinking skills.
