Nights Administrator

Position: Administrator (Production Assistant)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: This is a 6 month plus contract working permanent night shifts - 4on 4off. (19:30 hours to 06:45 hours) hours subject to change.

Rates are:

First 12 weeks - £15.10 per hour PAYE - £18.61 per hour Umbrella

Post 12 weeks - £15.10 per hour PAYE - £19.63 per hour Umbrella

Rullion require a Project Administrator to work with a World leading Rolling Stock Company, based at their Rail Depot in Glasgow.

Criteria:

• Good communication, verbal and written, report writing and organisational skills
• IT skills - competent user of Personal Computer, MS office packages (particularly Excel), e-mail and internet
• Data Entry knowledge; use of SAP is desirable but not essential
• Organisation of documentation and filing systems
• Liaising with the customer, clients and stakeholders - exceptional telephone manner
• Knowledge of and previous experience of working within a project, desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of and previous experience of commercial aspects of projects

Note our client operates under a strict zero-tolerance Drug and Alcohol policy. The successful applicant would be required to take a Drug & Alcohol test on day one.
