This varied role encompasses both virtual and face to face visits, where your skills and knowledge can be transferred into a community setting with patients who have acute needs. Being part of a new team within a new service may offer several routes of progression, with opportunities to enrol in university led modules that are key to the nursing role within in the team. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside ANPs to enable you expand on physical assessment skills and management of acute conditions. The virtual ward utilises digital technology to allow patients the choice to independently monitor their own vital observations, this information can then be managed centrally. We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative and engaging individuals, who have a passion for the delivery of high quality patient care within the community.
