Position: Nursery Manager

Location: Pendle

Salary: Up to £35,000pa (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, including Nursery Nurses, Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Practitioners, Early Years Educators, and Early Years Assistants.
• Curriculum Development: Drive the implementation of an enriching early years curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the latest educational standards and best practices.
• Staff Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the staff, encouraging their growth as educators.
• Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the early education journey.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing resources, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and a shared commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for children.
