Link3 Recruitment is actively seeking a talented and creative Nursery Manager to join our Nursery located in Gamston, Nottingham. Job Details:This full-time Nursery Manager role, Monday to Friday, is a permanent position that starts immediately. We are looking for an innovative and well-qualified Nursery Manager who can elevate standards and attainment. Essential for success in this role is a good sense of humor, along with the ability to relate to and effectively communicate with young people.

To be successful in this Nursery Manager position, you will:

• Hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development, or an equivalent qualification.
• Have previous experience as a Nursery Manager or within a Nursery setting.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the role.
• Have a genuine passion for working with children.

Essential Requirements:All applicants must have:

• A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years, Childcare, Supporting Teaching & Learning, or Social.
• At least 3 months of experience working as a Nursery Manager or within a Nursery setting.
• A positive approach to child development, managing behavior, and a passion for your subject as evident in your teaching.
• Applicants will undergo pre-employment checks and should hold current DBS checks registered with the update service.
