A Primary school I am working with are looking for a Nursery Manager to enhance their hardworking, professional team working within 'The Link' - pre-school for 2-3 year old children.

Essential - The successful candidate will need to:
* Have high expectations and the commitment to secure the best outcomes for children;
* Have excellent communication and team working skills;
* Support in the day-to-day running of all aspects of the provision to ensure it is of a high standard and have a secure understanding of the EYFS Statutory Framework;
* Follow and implement policy guidelines with regard to confidentiality and child protection, and Work flexibly under the direction of the Headteacher
