Term Time only, 8am - 5pm, 38 weeks per year
The Client:
Our client is a reputable educational firm, providing exceptional day care for children aged 6 months to five years.
The Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early stages of a child’s life in an exciting and supportive setting.
Responsibilities:
- Address individual needs proactively with initiative and care.
- Grasp and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles.
- Embrace adaptability and collaborate seamlessly within a team.
- Bring enthusiasm to all aspects of childcare and developmental practices.
- Communicate effectively, nurturing a positive and respectful environment.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
- Hold a Level 2 Childcare Diploma, ideally possess Level 3.
- At least 2-years recent experience in a Nursery setting or in EYFS education sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS.
- Familiarity with the Ofsted inspection framework.
- Strong awareness of health and safety protocols.
