Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team in a permanent position within a nurturing nursery setting in Yateley . As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children, fostering their development in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and delivering a diverse range of activities and experiences to support children's learning and development at our Yateley-based nursery.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive nursery environment in Yateley.
- Observing and assessing children's progress, and maintaining accurate records of their development within our Yateley setting.
- Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care at all times in our Yateley nursery.
- Collaborating with colleagues and management to contribute to the continuous improvement of nursery practices and procedures at our Yateley location.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting, preferably as a Level 3 Practitioner.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to childcare, with a commitment to providing the highest standards of care and education at our nursery.
