The role requires:
A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
Team working, we are a lovely family feel nursery and we strive for happiness for our people
Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures
A good understanding of child development in line with the EYFS
Supporting all nursery staff to help us deliver outstanding childcare
Strong communication with both adults and children
Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services
Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive
Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery
Creativity and an inspirational attitude
Essentials
Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Paediatric First Aid
Basic Safeguarding
Working knowledge and understanding of current EYFS
Evidence of partnership working
Safeguarding Statement
_ Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries are committed to Keeping children safe; therefore, it is necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record Disclosure and Barred check to be undertaken. All posts involving direct contact with children and vulnerable adults are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
