Great Starts Recruitment Ltd are working with a day nursery in Brentwood who are looking for a Nursery Room Leader to provide the best possible care and support for children aged 18 months - 5 years depending on position. There is a Room Leader vacancy in both the toddler and preschool room.
Responsibilities:
- Be a key worker
- Support children's learning and development
- Record children's development using an Early Years software
- Complete medium and short term planning
- Oversee staff within the room
- Communicate with parents and caregivers
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (this qualification must meet the Ofsted requirement and we can check this if you are unsure)
- Room Leader role experience is preferred however, if you are an experience practitioner looking for your next step, this will also be highly considered
