Josh of Aspire People is seeking passionate, dedicated and hard working TA's with level 3 qualifications to work with a small and manageable Nursery in B38.
Job Description:
As a Level 3 Early Years Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall development and well-being of our young learners. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with lead teachers to plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Providing individualized support to children to enhance their physical, emotional, and social development.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of children during all activities, including playtime, meals, and rest periods.
Assisting in the assessment and documentation of children's progress and communicating effectively with parents and caregivers.
Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Previous experience working in a similar role.
Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in the well-being of young children.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Enthusiastic and creative approach to learning.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a nursery setting.
