The Executive Headteacher and Governors of Chuckery Primary School are seeking to appoint a committed Level 3Teaching Assistant to initially work with in Key Stage 1.
We need someone who will:
- Support individual or small groups of children in class
- Support with other interventions as required
- Be able to plan and develop provision with class teachers and the Special Needs leader to meet the needs of individual children.
- Be willing to supervise children during their lunchtime break as part of the additional paid hours
- Be willing to attend staff training 3.30pm-4.30pm once per week as part of the additional paid hours
- Have an appropriate Level 3 qualification.
- Have GCSE Maths and English qualifications at grade C (Grade 4) or above.
- Have experience and confidence working with children in a primary school.
- Have high expectations of every child.
- Be reliable and enthusiastic about learning.
- Be an effective communicator.
