Your role will be instrumental in providing essential support to students, enabling them to access education, develop their skills, and thrive.Key Responsibilities: Offer one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND needs including ADHD, autism,SEMH and other needs. Assist in effective behavioural management Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Provide personal care and support with medical needs if necessary. Help students improve their communication and social skills. Foster a positive and caring atmosphere that encourages student growth.Requirements: Genuine passion for working with children with SEND needs Experience in a similar role is advantageous . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student. Willingness to learn and engage in ongoing professional development.
