About the Role: Gilbert Meher is pleased to collaborate with a reputable client in the healthcare sector to recruit a dedicated Nursing Home Manager for a facility in Huddersfield. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Provide leadership and support to the care team, fostering a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a Nursing Home setting is essential.
- While an RGN qualification is not necessary, candidates must have substantial experience managing a Nursing Home.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
