Here at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare we are seeking a dynamic Nursing Services Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver our Patient Support Programme, working within the expanding world of digital health.
This role is all about being a strong communicator to not only support your team but to also work in partnership with our external and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination. You'll possess a solid understanding of clinical procedures and be able to ensure regulatory compliance and standards of care. In addition, you'll be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills and the ability to motivate and influence team members to drive high standards of performance with patients at the heart of everything we do.
Please note: this is a hybrid role with a requirement to work at our Derby office once per week and visit other LPCH sites as and when required. There will also be a requirement to participate in the on-call rota circa once per month, this involves being the first point of contact for patients out of hours over the phone, including oncology patients and patients receiving home parental nutrition, full training will be provided for this.
