Provide comprehensive Occupational Health services to employees, including health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations.Assess and manage work-related illnesses and injuries, including rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.Advise employers and employees on health and safety regulations and policies.Conduct workplace assessments and provide recommendations for improving health and safety practices.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including HR personnel and safety officers, to promote employee well-being and prevent occupational hazards.Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.Requirements:
Medical degree and registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC).Specialist training in occupational medicine or relevant experience in Occupational Health.Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and safety regulations and practices.
