Family owned specialist Rehab, Recovery and Accommodation Services business. They provide Bespoke, Individual Support and Accommodation Packages in the South West area.
Job Description
* Work alongside the Registered and Clinical Services Manager to develop the service
* Provide Support and Guidance to the Therapeutic Team
* Deliver a Recovery Focused Clinical and Therapeutic offering
* Formulate Care Plans and Risk Assessments
* Assess and Formulate Recovery Focused Pathways
* Be a part of 6-12 month support plans to rehabilitateclients to be independent and confident to go back into the Community
The Successful Applicant
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC Registration
* 2 years Post Qualification experience working with individuals with complex needs
* Motivated
* Team Player
* CAR DRIVER IS ESSENTIAL - The Location is not accessible by public transport
* Right to Work in the UK as no sponsorship is available
