We currently have a vacancy for a full time Band 7 Occupational Therapy Clinical Specialist within Adults at the Harbour.
The Harbour is a newly built In patient unit, offering adult facilities, on the outskirts of Blackpool. It is modern and purpose built unit, within pleasant surroundings and a staff group committed to effective multi-disciplinary collaboration and the delivery of high quality care to the service user group.
You will lead a team of therapists, support staff and students involved in the provision of Occupational Therapy service to Adults service.
We offer excellent facilities – ranging from ward based involvement and with a range of facilities including a sports hall and gym. There will be great importance placed on quality of life and the development of sustainable social and leisure life roles.
Lancashire &South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
