The role involves assisting clients in buying Off plan properties, guiding them through the process from initial consultation to closing. The Advisor will need to have a deep understanding of the the current Off plan projects and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.Qualifications-Experience in business relationship management-Sales skills and experience in the real estate industry-Good knowledge of the Dubai developers and projects-Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Knowledge of luxury properties and the Dubai property market-Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field -Driving Licence
