SalaryThe Bernar Venet Studio is seeking an Off-Site Assistant to the Studio Director to work on a range of administrative tasks carried out by the Studio's UK office. The role involves working closely alongside the Studio Director to ensure the smooth running of archival projects and inventory systems, exhibition planning, billing, and the preparation of essential administrative documents. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and confident individual who is quick to learn new things and possesses a keen attention to detail. The candidate should be interested in arts administration and have a solid understanding of the art world. This is a junior position in the artist's UK office away from the main studio in continental Europe. The role provides lots of opportunities for on-the-job learning.
Job Overview:
Location: Working just north of London on the Thameslink trainline in St Albans; occasional meetings in London. Some flexibility with working from home.
Hours: Full time (09:00 - 16:30) - working hours can be altered to accommodate for candidate's travel requirements; flexibility for a four-day work week to be negotiated to accommodate for candidate's other commitments
Holiday: 20 days of vacation per annum
Pension: Pension contribution after three-month trial period ends
Salary commensurate with experience
