Studio Assistant

Main Duties

Your job will be to support the Wholesale Orders Manager and the office team. Your duties will include: picking, packing and dispatching orders that are being sent to the public. Helping pick stock for greeting card submissions to shops.

Helping with administration around wholesale order fulfilment. Creating labels in Microsoft Word and filling out Excel spreadsheets. Ordering office supplies and helping maintain a neat and tidy office environment. Monitoring the direct to public email inbox and responding to customer queries.

Helping support the team with trade show set up and preparation. Helping put together sample packages to send to shops and support the Key Account Manager with picking stock for submissions.

Skills and Experience Required

·        A keen interest in the creative design industry, in our product and in greetings cards as a product.

·        Excellent attention to detail with a high standard of spelling, grammar and punctuation.

·        Strong Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel capability.

·        Demonstratable evidence of good communication skills.

·        Ability to work well and support others, in a team and individually.

·        Enthusiastic, a good sense of humour, a positive mindset.

·        A willingness to learn on the job.

·        Happy to “muck in” and support the team as and when needed.

·        Have initiative and be forward-thinking.

·        Good familiarity with the internet and social media channels.
