Position:Office Administrator
Location: Bolton, UK
Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in handling various administrative tasks such as managing emails, updating databases, creating Excel spreadsheets, and scheduling meetings is essential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling client interactions on a daily basis with professionalism and efficiency.
- Managing email correspondence and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Updating and maintaining our client database systems.
- Assisting with the creation of Excel spreadsheets and other documents as required.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings for our team.
