Adecco Chester are currently recruiting for our client who supplies contractors located just off the A55 in Mold.

They are looking for a reliable, hardworking dynamic administrator to join them.

Office Admim

£12.50ph

Monday to Friday Full time Office Hours (40pw)

8am to 5pm (could be flexible for the right candidate).

Parking on site

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the Contracts Manager predominantly to input Data into Excel and on to their in house software - training will be given for this.
  • Setting up Contracts
  • Sending Quotes
  • Adding Customer enquiries to the data base
  • Producing Reports
  • Requesting PO's
  • Maintain PPE, Stationary and First Aid Boxes
  • Scanning and Filing
  • HR duties such as recording absences
