Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team at our office, located In Heathrow Airport, Terminal 4. The ideal candidate will excel in using Microsoft Office applications.
Duties:
- Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, typing, and filing.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, directing them appropriately.
- Managing company correspondence, emails, letters and packages.
- Schedule and organize appointments efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports.
- Supervising administrative staff, designing workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Admin or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computerized systems.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent data entry abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Good phone etiquette coupled with effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- As a person you are polite and professional, thorough and accurate, with good verbal communication skills. You are courteous, punctual, efficient and with a willingness to get things done.
Experience from working in an busy office environment is required, as is experience in dealing with customers and working in a team. Your application will also need to show that you can be legally employed in the UK.
Shift Details:
- Shifts are 8.5 hours/day following a 4 on, 2 off pattern.
- Shifts cover both morning and afternoon periods.
- Please note, the start and finish times of shifts may slightly vary in the future.
