We are looking to recruit an Office Admin Assistant who will be part of our friendly and busy sales and lettings teams.
Your role as a Office Admin Assistant
As an Office Admin Assistant within the property industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and our team. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the team, coordinating communication, and requires an individual with excellent organisational and multitasking skills. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for our partnered Mortgage Broker.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Register prospective clients
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and enquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist with generating and booking incoming viewings and valuations
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment
