The role
An excellent opportunity to start a career, progress and complete an apprenticeship within an established Estate Agents. An Administration Apprentice required to help and develop with the business.
- Answering telephones, taking messages, passing messages onto relevant people/departments via email.
- General administration duties such as post run/franking, invoicing, filing, digital system filing, monthly IT system back up, management of consumables such as tea and coffee and stationery etc
- Involvement in sales administration including sales memos, printing sales particulars, producing letters
- Supporting Sales Progressor with telephone calls, contacting property buyers and sellers with updates on their transaction.
- Any other reasonable request from senior management

Role to include but not limited to the following activities;
- Providing assistance to the Estate Agent
- Managing and screening incoming calls that are related to Estate Agent deals
- Ensuring that documents, agreements, and lease records are well-maintained and organized
- Tracking and monitoring payments and obligations
- Managing and maintaining a client database and preparing reports with details of deals, contracts, and payments
- Providing assistance and support in the process of handling sales, leasing and rental activities
- Liaising with Solicitors

Training to be provided
The successful candidate will be completing a Level 3 in Business and Administration.

You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard:
- This apprenticeship will involve off the job training
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
- You need to have an employer to support your apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
- The typical length of this apprenticeship course is 18 months
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
- Functional skills if needed

Salary: From £13,000.00 per year
