Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Management in administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Manage communications including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely follow-up on enquiries regarding potential new residents.
Develop and maintain effective filing systems and manage office supplies, including stationery and uniforms.
Support organisational meetings, ensuring they run smoothly and taking detailed minutes.
Maintain staff records and oversee the completion of mandatory and statutory training.
Manage records of annual leave and sickness absences.
Coordinate the collection and processing of timesheets for payroll.
Support with employment enquiries, manage job advertisements, and coordinate the interview process.
Proven experience in an administrative role
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Familiarity with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in using office software and performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and minute-taking.

Pay: £21,998.00-£23,484.00 per year
