Our client based in Celtic Springs is looking for an experienced
Office Administrator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment.Previous office administration experience is essential together with excellent IT skills including Excel, good customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a busy team.Working within the Plant Protection Team, duties will include: -
- Processing documents
- Maintaining accurate records
- Accessing information in support of departmental actives
- Creating and updating jobs for onsite work orders
- Dealing with phone and email enquires
The successful candidate must have: -
- Excellent numerical, analytical and keyboard sills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Hours of work are 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility during busy periods.Rate of pay is £12.53 per hour.
