A growing building consultancy have an opportunity for a people facing Office Administrator based in Bristol.
The Office Administrator Role
The successful Office Administrator will be supporting the day-to-day smooth running and efficiencies, meeting and greeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms also compiling commercial building surveying reports.
Alongside completing the following duties -
Office administrationArranging travel bookingsOrdering office suppliesPersonal assistance support to Senior DirectorsArranging office eventsDead filingAnswering reception telephoneKeeping office clean and tidyDiary managementManage absences and holidaysCompleting any other reasonable tasks that may be required as part of the role to support the office/team.The Office Administrator
