They are now looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join them on a part-time, permanent basis, working 22.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will work with our client’s Office Manager and Housing and Support Teams to provide an effective administration service.
Working at the reception area, you will manage staff and visitor sign-in sheets, answer phone calls and take messages, greet clients and collect the post and deliveries.
You will also regularly update leads and contacts on Salesforce, manage tenant files, log repairs and engage with tenants to ensure they feel supported.
Additionally, you will:
- Book and manage appointments
- Take minutes during meetings
- Update property information
About You
To be considered as a Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will need:
- Previous administration experience
- Good organisational skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above
