Duties for the Office Administrator Include:
- General office administration to support a small team
- Reception duties including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Maintain and organise financial documents and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
- Internal billings
- Tax Administration
- Credit Control
- Supporting with payroll duties for clients
The ideal person for the Office Administrator role:
- Experience with Account Administration duties
- Proficiency in IT & financial software such as Excel, Xero, Sage and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
