Reed have partnered with a national provider based in Warmley, South Glos, seeking an Office Administratorto join their busy team on a full time, permanent basis.
If you’ve had previous office experience, providing administrative support, this is for you.
Duties:
Office admin
Meeting and greeting any walk ins
Answering phone calls, email and online enquiries
Raising quotes
Utilising our CRM system
Returning certificates
Ensuring sufficient training kit is available
General office duties, ordering of stationery, taking care of post in/out
Requirements:
Office admin experience
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
Competent IT user, MS Office
Any exposure to CRM systems or portals would be beneficial
MS SharePoint would be beneficial but not essential
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9 – 5 (30 minute lunch break) – 37.5 hours p/w
