Job description

A growing building consultancy have an opportunity for a people facing Office Administrator based in Bristol.

The Office Administrator Role

The successful Office Administrator will be supporting the day-to-day smooth running and efficiencies, meeting and greeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms also compiling commercial building surveying reports.

Alongside completing the following duties -

  • Office administration
  • Arranging travel bookings
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Personal assistance support to Senior Directors
  • Arranging office events
  • Dead filing
  • Answering reception telephone
  • Keeping office clean and tidy
  • Diary management
  • Manage absences and holidays
  • Completing any other reasonable tasks that may be required as part of the role to support the office/team.

The Office Administrator

  • Must have office administration experience
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility to office support needs
  • Microsoft Programs knowledge and skills
  • Reliable and presentable
