Full job description

The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks to help ensure the efficient functioning of the office.

Tasks include:

Operations support. Producing quotes in Excel & arranging travel.

Filing and Organizing: Sorting and filing documents, maintaining organized records, and managing office supplies.

Data Entry: Inputting data into computer systems or databases with a high level of accuracy.

Answering Phones: Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.

Reception Duties: Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, or employees who come to the office.

Email Correspondence: Managing and responding to emails, as well as forwarding them to the appropriate recipients.

Scheduling: Assisting in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining office calendars.

Photocopying and Scanning: Making photocopies of documents and scanning materials for digital storage.

Assisting with Mail: Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Assisting Staff: Providing support to other office personnel as needed, such as helping with administrative tasks, creating reports, or handling basic research.

Requirements:

  • - Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • - Proficiency in using basic office software, like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • - Must have good attention to detail
  • - Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
  • - Professional demeanor and a positive attitude

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
