Job description

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Fareham / PO15

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm / Monday - Friday

Pay: £12 per hour / weekly pay / Temporary

Our client has a temporary Vacancy in our Fareham branch for a temporary Office Administrator.

Key support for the clients Service Coordination and internal sales process, training will be provided.

Job Description:

  • Arranging collection of deliveries via our courier partners
  • Ordering required stock and keeping track of ETA’s
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Answering inbound calls
  • General office administration
  • Responding to emails

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in an office environment within a customer facing role
  • Good with computers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisation skills
  • Fantastic telephone manner
  • Reporting to regional operations manager
