Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Fareham / PO15
Hours: 8.30am to 5pm / Monday - Friday
Pay: £12 per hour / weekly pay / Temporary
Our client has a temporary Vacancy in our Fareham branch for a temporary Office Administrator.
Key support for the clients Service Coordination and internal sales process, training will be provided.
Job Description:
- Arranging collection of deliveries via our courier partners
- Ordering required stock and keeping track of ETA’s
- Responding to customer queries
- Answering inbound calls
- General office administration
- Responding to emails
Skills required:
- Previous experience in an office environment within a customer facing role
- Good with computers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisation skills
- Fantastic telephone manner
- Reporting to regional operations manager
