We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our head office team. KPMSUK provides a prescriptive programme of support for vulnerable young people and have a small head office team who support the operational running of this service. We require an Office Administrator to support with data processing and providing, and maintaining, structure and organisation to a number of administrative areas.
Core duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing the administration and distribution of petty cash and allowances to our 18 homes
- Invoice administration and processing
- Monitoring and cross-checking timesheets
- Inputting and monitoring budget data
- Filing and file management (both paper and electronic)
- Maintaining and auditing business logs
- Handling the administration around setting up new homes
Flexible working and working from home options available. KPMS have offices in Stratford and Colchester. Starting salary between £27,000 and £29,000 per annum based on suitability and experience.
Key candidate attributes include:
- Having meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with manual file management is essential
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced IT and Microsoft Office skills. Experience using pivot tables and formulas within Excel is essential.
- Maintaining confidentiality in all circumstances and discretion when managing any sensitive or personal information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A smart presentation and professional business approach
Required education and preferences:
