Pyramid8 is delighted to be supporting a well–established hydraulics company who are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their team based in Castleford.
Responsibilities for the Office Administrator role:
Invoicing on a daily basis Assist purchasing team with administration duties Chase collections/liaise with couriers Track deliveries Filing of customer documents Monitoring both customer and supplier returns Other general administration duties To apply for the role you must have:
A minimum of 2 years experience working in an office environment. Confidence in using the telephone and be happy making phone calls. The ability to use IT systems including Microsoft Word and Excel. In return you will receive a basic salary of up to 24K, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. This is an office based permanent role.
