Role description:
Our Health business has doubled in size since 2020, with further year-on-year growth expected over the next 3 years.
We are looking to recruit Senior Project Managers with healthcare delivery experience to lead various health care projects which Arcadis are leading on. If you are currently within a consultancy and looking for your next opportunity within capital delivery on major healthcare infrastructure projects, then read on.
Role accountabilities:
Your role shall be to lead teams to project manage the capital project delivery
As part of your role in managing people, you shall be responsible for the outputs and standards of delivery and/or mentor, coach and develop the skills and capabilities of colleagues in order to achieve project objectives and continuously improve results.
You will be responsible for ensuring all work and outputs are executed to meet project needs and objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven Project Management experience within a consulting / construction related field.
Health and capital delivery experience is key (NEC3 or 4 and P22, if possible)
Responsible for performance management of multiple projects and project teams / resource and engaging with senior leadership team.
Proven health delivery experience with senior stakeholders and operationally managing a project team.
Expertise in the use of digital solutions / products desirable.
Understanding of data analytics desirable
