Administrator
To keep correct records of all tenancies.
Ensure that all tenants have the required information for each tenancy and that their deposits are fully protected.
Advertise all vacant properties. Implement all viewings to prospective tenants.
Monitor all rents and mortgages.
Organise the logistics of all repairs with tenants, tradesmen and suppliers, etc.
Propose improvements to any property.
Keep financial records of all income and expenditure. Send records to the bookkeeper at the end of each month. Send all financial records to the accountant at the end of each quarter of the financial year.
Keep all office files in good order and upto date.
Keep historical records of all financial records of the properties in good order.
Keep all computer records in good order and propose and implement a more accessible computer filing system.
Implement improved paper filing system for the office.
Source building materials and office materials.
Asist improved organisation of everything in the office and keep office in good order.
Assist with new property developments.
Carry out research into available finance and into building materials.
Help to facilitate good communication and working cooperative with all tradesmen and tenants.
Work closely with Landlord on day to day and larger building projects.
