Reed are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our highly reputable company based in Stamford.
You will be responsible for carrying out admin tasks and also supporting other areas of the business.
Salary: 24000 - 26000K DOE.
Working hours: Monday - Friday / 9-5 Fully office based.

Job Description:
- Administration tasks in support of the business
- Data inputting in support of estimating
- Filing and collating delivery sheets
- Sourcing and ordering uniform
- Keeping records of all orders and budgets they relate to
- Assisting in payroll preparation/ timesheet data
- Printing dispatch notes for deliveries through CRM
- Payment of tolls and fines
- Ordering supplies
- Keeping stock levels at minimum levels for customer orders
- Providing Reception cover when required
- Filing and cross-checking orders against 3rd party delivery notes
- Taking phone calls
- Collating inspection sheets and informing maintenance of any defects
- Authorising purchase invoices and reconciling with supplier statements
- Providing weekly delivery sheets for production staff and Finance Manager to approve for dispatch
- Issuing delivery notes to drivers
- Ensuring invoices are processed and coded accurately, dealing with supplier queries, checking monthly supplier statements and requesting copies
- Raising invoices on Xero, dealing with customer queries, sending copy invoices and delivery notes.
- Assist with clearing queries in the finance inbox.
- Maintaining and reconciling petty cash transactions
About you:
- Due to the location, you will need to have your own transport.
- Ideally have a strong admin background
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Able to work well under pressure with tight deadlines in mind.
