With our Client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to carry out day to day Administration and Accounts Support tasks
You will need to be able to multi-task and be able to work to set deadlines - the role is extremely varied!
A typical day will include the following duties;
- Handling incoming telephone calls
- Assist with general Accounts queries - Invoices and Payments etc
- Assist the Accountant with varied Accounts tasks
- General Admin duties as required - filing, photocopying etc
- Accurate and efficient data entry / processing of Invoices
- Liaising with other areas of the business to resolve any queries
- Any ad hoc duties as required by the team / Directors

Working hours, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, parking is available
