Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our Manufacturing client based in Haddenham.
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8:30-4:00pm
Duties:
- Processing quotations of works for customers in a timely fashion, using the internal CRM system.
- Processing customer orders and taking payments
- Building great relationship with customers to ensure repeat business
- Managing a mailbox
- Answering inbound calls from customers to discuss, company products, deliveries, taking payments and technical enquires.
Requirement:
- Previous order processing/administration experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Experience using CRM's and Microsoft packages
- Organised, reliable, and great attention to detail
